Adding Users

The initial User within an organization is automatically granted Administrative Rights to modify the organization's details and to add and delete Users to the organization's account*.

All individuals from the organization desired to have access to transactions occurring on PipeFund.com should be added as Users to the organization's account. Note that Users CANNOT register themselves directly on PipeFund.com (other than the initial User who registers the organization) - additional Users may only be added by a person with Administrative Rights.

Newly added Users may log in to PipeFund.com by entering their e-mail address and the password provided to them in a welcome e-mail from PipeFund.com. Users may change their password at any time.

* Investors who are individuals cannot add additional Users to their accounts; however, their representatives may participate in transactions by registering under "Legal Counsel" and requesting that the Transaction Manager add them to the transaction Distribution List.
