Q - Why use PipeFund?

Simply put, PipeFund makes PIPE and RD transactions easier to execute than ever before! Instead of drafting and negotiating new documents for each deal, PipeFund provides PipeFund Transaction Documents which incorporate standard industry terms and conditions, all backed by years of insider experience effecting PIPE transactions!

Q - Who uses PipeFund?

Everyone - Investors, Issuers and Attorneys. All the parties to a transaction collectively utilize our PipeFund transaction documents. Only one person is required to register the applicable transaction with PipeFund to obtain a license for the transaction.

Q - How much does it cost? Who pays?

We charge $985 for a PipeFund Documents license on a per transaction basis. Typically the Issuer will pay the PipeFund fee as a cost from closing proceeds. See Fees and Pricing for further information.

Q - How do I get started using PipeFund?

Q - Why use the PipeFund Documents?

Q - Can anyone use the standard documents for free?

No. PipeFund's standard documents are copyrighted proprietary documents and may only be copied or used pursuant to a valid license.

Q - Is an attorney required for drafting PIPE transaction documentation using PipeFund's standard documents?

Although the drafting process is greatly simplified, we strongly recommend that all transaction documents are drafted and/or reviewed by competent legal counsel experienced in PIPE transactions. Contact us if you would like to be referred to qualified attorneys who practice in this area.

Q - How do I access my transactions effected on PipeFund before July 1, 2010?

Since PipeFund ceased public access to its transaction portal on July 1, 2010, if you participated in a PipeFund transaction before this date you may access your transaction by clicking here and logging in with your e-mail and password. Please contact us if you require any assistance.
